What is Hifathee?

Hifathee is software designed to meet the needs of small institutions of learning. It was originally developed as an in-house database for managing the operations of an English school operated by an NGO in East Africa. Realizing the potential the software has to assist others who have similar requirements, we created Hifathee.org. Soon, you, too, will have access to the tools that have made our lives so much easier.

A Bit About the Name

Our software was born in the heart of Swahili country. In Swahili, the word hifadhi means to memorize, guard, or keep safe. We thought that was an appropriate name for software that manages and safeguards all the data in your learning center!

By the way, the word is pronounced hee-FAH-thee. The "th" is pronounced like the "th" in father.
